Meet Bailey – Founder + Collective Stylist

 Bailey started Collective Boutique with a vision and desire to provide fashionable and trendy clothes at affordable prices to all body types and sizes. Being a nurse by trade, Bailey operates and manages Collective in her free time as her passion project to give back to her hometown of Lincolnton, NC. Bailey's dream is to grow Collective Boutique to becoming a brand known for size inclusion and trending styles, and to one day focus on Collective full-time.
