Online Returns

Returns postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order qualify for an online merchandise credit. After 14 days, items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned.

Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with original tags attached.

If any items do not meet the above requirements, we will contact you and your items will be returned to you.

Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please use an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

 

Collective Boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received.
